Started his creative path in 2001 — became Vice Chief Editor of Spiel gaming magazine. Held the position of Manager in the publishing house specialized on consumer electronics and real estate.
In 2004 was a Chief Marketing Officer in the Prima Group holding.
Took interest in advertising business in 2005. Worked his way up from a Development Manager of Marks Ukraine advertising agency to a Chief Strategy Officer of SantinoGroup.
In 2009, founded, together with partners, his first business — COXO Digital Agency. Held the positions of a CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Withdrew membership when, following the billings, the company was in the TOP-10 digital agencies of Ukraine.
In 2011, launched Grape agency in Kyiv, having raised it to the Most Creative Digital Agency of Ukraine following the version of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition in 2016. In 2017, Grape became the communication agency.
In 2017-2018, Yura was included to the rating of TOP-50 Entrepreneurs of the Year following the version of MC Today business media.
In spring 2019, in partnership with with Daria Partas, has opened the representative office of Grape in London.
Author of lectures on the brand development in Lviv Business School (LvBS), ongoing speaker of international business conferences.
Judge of the international festivals Effie, Kyiv International Advertising Festival, White Square, HR Brand national award.
Has developed the “Creative Business” training course on managing the creative company in 2019.
